Khurram Sayeed has been appointed as the first CEO of Iran-Pak Wind Power (Pvt) Ltd. This is first of its kind project in the private sector among companies of Iran and Pakistan for the purpose of setting up a 50 MW Wind Farm. The company has been incorporated in Pakistan along with the Iranian Group Sunir; who have a 50 percent stake in the project.

Khurram Sayeed brings with him rich experience of renewable energy and is also the Chairman of the Alternate Energy Committee at the Federation. He has promoted Pakistan's potential in renewable energy all over the world and has been invited to present at many international conferences and at companies such as Suntech, Goldwind and Masdar. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin and has completed Wind Power Development coursers at University in Sweden.-PR
